Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from airTREK. If something’s not right, we’re here to help. This policy outlines your right to return items and request a refund in line with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.

📦 1. Returns Eligibility

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resaleable condition
  • You must have proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email)

❗ Exceptions:

  • Items returned damaged, used, or incomplete may not be eligible for a full refund

🔁 2. How to Return an Item

To start a return:

  1. Email us at info@airtrek.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order
  2. Include your order number and reason for return
  3. We will send return instructions and the return address

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

💸 3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you via email
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
  • Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error

⚠️ 4. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, please contact us at info@airtrek.co.uk within 7 days of receiving it. We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or full refund, and cover any return shipping costs.

📅 5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

  1. Check your bank or payment provider
  2. Contact your credit card company—it may take time before your refund is officially posted

ℹ️ Additional Notes

  • Refunds can only be issued to the original payment method
  • Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted
  • We recommend using a tracked service for your return
